Dear Ankit, I would recommend you try Texas Instruments for develop NFC capability in to you reader. We have developed one with P2P communication features also

Version 2.3 through 2.3.4 Gingerbread and 4.0 + however apis changed quite a bit with 4.0 ICS we have also done implementation on 4.0 tablet with external USB
