After speaking with a few of you. Perhaps, it may be better to keep the
information circulating around the group using this system, as oppoesed
to formal meetings. So I propose we put off this meeting until another
time.

If you need to have a meeting, we are more than happy to provide you
with a conference room if required. Unforntuately, I will not be able
