We bring together businessmen with funders, venture capitalists with business founders. Most young businessmen, fresh out of college, are rich in ideas, but short on investment capital. If you are an experienced venture-capitalist who wishes to work with enthusiastic young entrepreneurs, join this forum, and find new concepts.
"Small business" could be defined as a registered venture that earns PhP200 million or less. In many places, small businesses tend to good "net profit margins" when sales are below P200 million, but their profit margins ("net income divided by sales") actually begin to drop and deteriorate at sales levels beyond P200 million. The possible reason: they lack the systems (cost controls, etc) and scientific management styles of large corporations. Meanwhile, the "small business" can run efficiently with lean management, and good supervision by expert board members (venture capital funders).
