Environmental Media Alliance Worldwide(E-MEDIA) egroup promoting education, understanding and awareness of the environment through the honest and accurate reporting of local, regional and international environmental and development issues.Its Administered by Sri Lanka Environmental Journalists Forum(SLEJF).SLEJF is a professional media organisation interested in the environment and development.It was established in January 1987, with support from the SriLanka Government,UN-ESCAP and UNEP.SLEJF now has a membership of nearly 1000 individual journalists, media and environmental organizations. It's secretariat has 8 full-time staff, five consultants and 38 part-time volunteers.
